With summer bringing longer days, and warm weather bringing friends and family together, we can’t think of a better time to master the art of apericena. Join sommelier, Brittany Galbraith, to learn how to create this pre-dinner ritual, by exploring our go-to wine and cheese/charcuterie pairings from our shop.

She loves working closely with small growers, cooking traditional French recipes, and hosting wine dinners with friends.
